Bloomberg reported on the 2019 AirHelp Airport rankings recently. The AirHelp Airport Rankings are yearly rankings for each airport in the world. We know you probably won’t travel somewhere because of the airport but it might actually help sway a decision on where to go.

The airports are ranked using three factors. The first factor (60%) used is on time performance. This to us means that the airport is ranked on how they keep the flow of airplanes moving in and out of the airport.

The second (20%) would be service quality. Service quality is pretty self explanatory in the way that how good is the service at the airport. Some airports you don’t have anyone to help you do anything and its terrible.

Lastly, the final factor (20%) is food and shopping options. This is really one of the biggest factors in my eyes whether an airport is any good. When travelling you have to arrive hours before and if you are connecting who knows how long you are stuck there.

Shopping and food can be very critical in turning an otherwise fun road trip into a complete disaster. Imagine if you will being stuck for 10 hours in an airport with no lounges, restaurants and or anything? That would suck!
